Hey Moms and Dads!  Do you have a child that loves the martial arts but is too young to participate?  Now is the time to enroll your child in The DOJO's Martial Arts Preschool.

Welcome to The DOJO's Lil' Dragons Activities Program.  This program is dedicated to the children in the preschool age group (3 years to 6 years) who have a desire to enter the world of martial arts but are too young to participate.

This program will prove to be an essential part of your child's growth – both physically and mentally – and prepare them to enter the martial arts.

The physical activity will create flexibility, agility and a toning of the muscle structure.  It will build a stronger cardiovascular system, increasing the blood flow, and circulating more oxygen to the body and brain.

The mental aspects of this program teaches the child to think quickly . . . to evaluate and react to many situations which prove to be quite helpful in their everyday activities.  The unification of the mind and body will be developed at this early age and will prove to be an asset throughout their life.

They will be taught to show proper respect, to accept discipline and take direction.  Fun, games and activities designed with smiles, laughter and happy times.

As you can see, this program is directed at educating your child while having fun, but we want the parent(s) to be an essential part of this learning experience.This is why we are including you into this exciting program.The parent interacts with their child(ren) so the learning process will be more efficient and the activities can be carried over to the home.The bonding between parent and child is outstanding, which leads to a closer relationship in years to come.

The children will be dressed in a Lil' Dragon T-shirt and head bands. Different color headbands will indicate various levels of achievement.

The classes will be on Saturday mornings – 10:00 to 11:30.  The cost will be $25.00 per month.  (T-shirts and headbands will be a minimal cost.)
